When black RX managed to defeat the three skull monsters with ease, Maribaron looked annoyed and complained to Admiral Jack. He is then ordered to meet gatenzon who is making a robotic human project to fight Kotaro Minami. On the other hand, Kotaro Minami who gets power from the sun is reborn as a new knight who is stronger than Kamen Rider Black, namely Kamen Rider Black RX who can transform into turbo and blue, but before he can reach that point, Kotaro must learn more to control his immense power. Until somewhere else there is a local detective who is attacked by a human robot, he takes the detective's clothes and car and goes undercover to spy on Kotaro. But the robot got up again and shot RX with missiles again. RX then takes out a revolcane weapon or what is called a sun sword and then destroys the robot instantly
